Pricing

We operate on a month-to-month subscription basis.

Monthly fees are based on the size of the market, and range from $250 to $300 for NAPO members.

Partner Landing Pages are subject to market availability.  Act quickly to secure your market. 

Payment Terms:

Your initial subscription rate will be guaranteed for at least one year.

Premier Partner Package Fees are paid through Stripe subscription payments, due on 1st of each month. Membership may be canceled with 31 days notice, without penalty. Monthly fees will not be prorated.

There is no long-term contract, but there is an advertising agreement that protects both of us from any liability issues that may arise from the other.  Read the agreement

In order to obtain the best outcome for both our clients and our referral partners, we conduct a vetting and verification process on every individual and business that we promote or refer. Our clients enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that everyone we recommend has been through this process, and you can rest assured that everyone else in the collective is fully insured and on-the-level as well.

Our vetting process requires our partners to:

1) Provide a copy of your proof of business liability insurance.

2) Complete an online form that includes:

  • Business or Professional License number(s)
  • Background Check Verification, if applicable.
  • Contact information for a personal reference.

The vetting process is a prerequisite for partnership, and is completed through an online form.

Our content is copyrighted, and our Premier Partners are granted permission to repurpose or reproduce our materials in accordance with these terms of use: 

1) NEVER COPY OUR CONTENT ONTO A PAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE. 

YOU MAY NOT DUPLICATE, COPY, or POST any content (blog, article, or any other copy) from the HomeTransitionPros website or any other website ONTO YOUR WEBSITE. (I honestly wouldn’t mind except for Google really hates duplicate content and will punish all of us with tanked SEO. That’s why this is a zero tolerance issue.)

2) FEEL FREE TO USE OUR CONTENT IN THESE WAYS:

Cut and paste blog, article, or any other copy into an EMAIL you send.

Cut and paste blog, article or any other copy into a PRINTED (hard copy) materials.

Use the PREMIER PARTNER LOGO on your website, on social media and in print (best practice would be to link directly to your Landing Page).

Edit, brand or otherwise re-purpose white label content (will have “white label” or “WL” in the filename).

3) PLEASE PROTECT THIS CONTENT

Your logon grants permission for you to use anything on the website or Lending Library for the purposes of promoting YOUR BUSINESS ONLY. You may share your logon with your team members at your own discretion, but you are ultimately responsible for honoring these terms.
