Our Origins
In 2019, Home Transition Pros founder, Anna Novak, was diligently running her real estate business. As a professional RealtorⓇ, Anna saw many senior clients undergoing senior moves without support or access to the necessary senior move specialists.
Going at this process alone weighed heavily on the seniors in her community and often made their senior moving experience a negative one for the clients and their family members.
So, Anna decided to act and fill this need for compassionate, convenient downsizing and senior relocation services by starting Home Transition Pros. Alongside her partner business, Simply Downsizing – a specialty downsizing assistance and estate close-out company – Home Transition Pros’ free directory quickly grew, helping Anna fulfill her goal of connecting transitioning seniors, empty-nesters, and downsizers with the Pros they need to have a successful downsizing and relocation process.
